What if you can't make it back?
Emergencies happen, to cat owners as well as to cats. If you are unavoidably delayed, we will work out a solution. Clearly, during our busiest times, we can't guarantee to provide exactly the same level of service if you haven't booked us, but we will do our very best to make sure that your cat is well cared for till you are back.

 What if there's an emergency?
We take details of your vetinarary surgeon and any pet insurance details so that, if the worst happens and your cat needs vetinarary care, we can act quickly to make sure that they get the very best care in the shortest possible time.

How will we handle it ?
We will take your mobile and other contact numbers so that, if any emergency happens, we can contact you to let you know and advise you how we are dealing with it. Most importantly, we ensure that your cat is looked after as well as if it were our own.
